Dinner here is not a tasting menu and not a set piece. Order widely, put it in the middle of the table, and let the evening find its own shape.
Raw
Sashimi, nigiri and maki, prepared in front of you. Fish arrives through the week and the selection moves with it, so what is best on the night is what we push.
Fire
Robata over charcoal is where the menu hits hardest. Wagyu, black cod and whole fish come off the grill with nothing to hide behind, which is exactly the point.
